Public Small Group Classes: Although with this option you cannot choose who you train with, our instructor-guided public classes promote an effective training experience with limited class size. Adaptive classes promoting health, wellness, and strength for daily life.
Assisted Stretching: The trainer stretches the client using specific techniques. Benefits may include increased range of motion and flexibility, improved circulation, improved posture, stress relief, and pain relief.
